The International Conference on Solutions to Reduce Food Waste and Food Losses

This conference is organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization, UN). Its main purpose is to investigate potential solutions to reduce the amount of food that gets wasted on a global scale every year (30 %). Technological, political and social approaches will be discussed regarding the themes of food and consumption. This event is affiliated to the UN’s Zero Hunger Challenge.
