Cooking Competition ‘Taste the waste’ in Delft

Students from the TU University in Delft, the Haagse Hogeschool, Inholland and UNESCO-IHE prepare a three-course dinner for a hundred guests during this environmentally conscious cooking competition. The meals are prepared using food ‘waste’ that would have otherwise been thrown away. Both the guests and the judges will evaluate the dinners and choose the winning team.
