Summer School Big Data for Peace & Justice

The 4th edition of the summer school provides an in-depth exploration into the challenges and opportunities that lie in using data for peace, justice and humanitarian response. Throughout the 5-day programme, you will combine theory and lessons that are drawn from practice to address some major challenges in leveraging the Data Revolution.

The courses are especially tailored to meet the needs of organisations that work in sensitive environments. To meet such challenges, the programme allows the development of the right set of skills to design data-driven innovation.

This year’s programme includes various thought leaders and experts working on data-driven innovation in the peace, justice and humanitarian sector, with contributions from Leiden University, NOHA/University of Groningen, UN OCHA, UN Global Pulse, World Bank, World Vision, Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, the Hague Institute for Internationalisation of Law, Institute for Economics and Peace, and many more!
