International Congress on Sustainable World Food Supply 2050

The main purpose of this international two-day congress is to develop a plan to reach sustainable food production for the world in 2050. The congress emphasizes the importance of balancing the needs of small and large agricultural producers with the importance of safeguarding the environment and biodiversity at the same time. The congress is organized by Eurecom, Buizer Advies, the FAO, the World Bank, the IFAP and numerous embassies, farmer unions and government representatives from Europe, Asia, Africa, Central and South America.
