Applying VR & AR in medical education and research

Every Friday: Future Friday!

Join Humanity X at Future Friday, their open platform for talks, discussions and experimentation on new innovations for education, research and entrepreneurship. Aimed at teachers, researchers, social innovators, young professionals and students, each session will link to one of three overarching themes: innovating digital learning, using tech to create social impact and improving innovation skills for professionals and students.

This Friday, you can experience the first interactive mixed reality HoloLens application that can be used to teach medical students about the anatomy of the ankle, which is developed by students op LUMC and Centre4Innovation. They will showcase their VR and AR prototypes for medical education.
