Together with CSU Cleaning Services we started to implement visual employment contracts to build better employee-employer relationships and increase good employership. One of the reasons that CSU invests in more understandable employment contracts is that 40% of cleaners in The Netherlands have a low literacy and they want their colleagues to understand their contract terms better. Next to that CSU is one of the top employers in The Netherlands (https://lnkd.in/eedmbHY), being the innovator of facility services, which shows their openess to step into adopting a #LegalDesignThinking approach to create understandable and engaging visual contracts.
