Border Sessions 2018

Border Sessions is a yearly tech culture festival on a mission to kick-start and fuel challenging ideas, experiments and endeavors with a strong focus on multidisciplinary projects. They unite creative and critical minds from around the globe who share the belief that technology should be a powerful instrument for positive change.

This year the conference will be held on the 14th of June and consists of multiple sessions on 6 stages in Theater aan het Spui and the adjacent Filmhuis Den Haag with international speakers, book presentations, workshops, a hackathon and the Border Labs Award. There are five tracks around which we design the conference and festival: Humanity, Society, Cities, Nature and And Beyond. Keep an eye on our website for conference updates in the upcoming months.

ImpactCity Startups Lab: tour & matchmaking

For Impact startups, ImpactCity has organized the ImpactCity Startaps Lab. During this bicycle tour lab, you will explore exciting startup locations in The Hague and meet other impact workers. The tour will end in De Binckhaven, a buzzing area in The Hague for impact startups and scale-ups.

The goal of this lab is twofold. It’s for founders of impact startups to explore the possibilities of the international community in The Hague and access new market opportunities. It’s for humanitarian organisations to explore the added value of innovative tech startups. So you must have guessed it by now, we are looking for a match.
